1. Peel and grate the zucchini into a bowl.
Cook for [time] in the microwave.
2. Peel the pear and cut it into pieces.
You can use a whole pear and save half for plating decoration.
Cook for 1.5 minutes in the microwave. The pieces should remain firm.
3. Cut the walnuts into pieces. Save one walnut half for plating decoration.
4. In a bowl, mix the egg with the semolina and baking powder.
Add 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons of cooked grated zucchini (squeeze out excess liquid before adding to the mixture).
Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the pieces of walnuts and pears.
6. Gently incorporate the fresh goat cheese, cut into pieces, being careful not to crush it.
7. Cook for 2.5 minutes in the microwave.
8. Unmold onto a plate.
Drizzle with honey.
Decorate with a walnut half and pieces of pear, and a drizzle of balsamic cream.
Serve hot or warm.
