Pear, Fresh Goat Cheese, Walnut, and Honey Bowlcake

A delicious bowlcake to enjoy as an appetizer or main course, accompanied by a salad and/or vegetables.

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and grate the zucchini into a bowl.
    Cook for [time] in the microwave.
  • 2.   Peel the pear and cut it into pieces.
    You can use a whole pear and save half for plating decoration.
    Cook for 1.5 minutes in the microwave. The pieces should remain firm.
  • 3.   Cut the walnuts into pieces. Save one walnut half for plating decoration.
  • 4.   In a bowl, mix the egg with the semolina and baking powder.
    Add 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons of cooked grated zucchini (squeeze out excess liquid before adding to the mixture).
    Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Add the pieces of walnuts and pears.
  • 6.   Gently incorporate the fresh goat cheese, cut into pieces, being careful not to crush it.
  • 7.   Cook for 2.5 minutes in the microwave.
  • 8.   Unmold onto a plate.
    Drizzle with honey.
    Decorate with a walnut half and pieces of pear, and a drizzle of balsamic cream.
    Serve hot or warm.

  • 25 g of fresh goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoon of fat-free white cheese
  • ½ zucchinis
  • ½ pears
  • 7 g of walnut
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
