Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • 2.   Peel the apples and cut them into thin quarters (1/2 cm thick).
  • 3.   In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes pale. Add the melted butter, flour, baking powder, and pour in the milk. Mix well.
  • 4.   Add the apples to the batter. Mix again.
  • 5.   Grease and flour a loaf pan. Pour the mixture into the pan.
  • 6.   Bake for 40 minutes.
