Instructions

  • 1.   Sift the flour, salt, and sugar.
  • 2.   Add the milk and mix well to avoid lumps.
  • 3.   Crack the eggs, separate the yolks and whites. Add the yolks to the batter.
  • 4.   then add the cooled melted butter.
  • 5.   and the beer, while stirring well.
  • 6.   Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the batter. Let it rest for about 1 hour.
  • 7.   Cook the waffles for 4-5 minutes in a waffle iron.
  • 8.   Enjoy.
