Light Apple Clafoutis

Quick and fat-free clafoutis. You can use any fruit you like and flavor it according to your preferences (cinnamon, vanilla, rum...).

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • 2.   Peel and cut the apple into pieces.
  • 3.   Beat the egg in a bowl.
  • 4.   Add the flour. Mix well to avoid lumps.
  • 5.   Add all the dry ingredients, mix well, and then add the milk.
  • 6.   Place the apple pieces in non-stick molds (otherwise lightly grease the molds with oil or butter).
  • 7.   Pour the mixture over the fruits.
  • 8.   Bake for 30 minutes.
  • 9.   Serve warm or cold.

Notes & Suggestions

  • I used highly fragrant muscovado sugar.
