Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onion. Wash and slice the celery, then cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  • 2.   In a pot, heat the olive oil and melt the onions, then add the celery and tomatoes.
  • 3.   Pour in the chicken broth and vermicelli. Sprinkle with turmeric, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 20 minutes, then add the lentils, chickpeas, and harissa for an additional 10 minutes. When serving, add the flour, mix well, and sprinkle with chopped coriander.

  • 75 cl of chicken broth
  • 2 stalk of celery stalk
  • 2 fresh coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 pinch of harissa
