Pear Almond Chocolate Bowlcake

A light and delicious treat to enjoy for breakfast or snack time

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the pear and cut it into pieces.
    Choose a ripe pear. (Alternatively, microwave the pieces for one or two minutes)
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the egg with the semolina and baking powder.
  • 3.   Add the applesauce, yogurt, almond powder, sweetener, and a few drops of almond extract.
  • 4.   Add the chocolate chips and pear pieces
    (Keep some pieces for decoration)
  • 5.   Cook for 3 minutes in the microwave.
  • 6.   Unmold onto a plate and decorate with some pear pieces and chocolate sauce.
  • 7.   Enjoy warm or lukewarm.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Instead of chocolate sauce, you can use chocolate spread or for a lighter recipe, mix one teaspoon of Cankao with one tablespoon of milk.
    You can also decorate with toasted sliced almonds.

  • 9 g of chocolate chip
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener
  • 2 tablespoon of unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon of almond powder
  • 1 bitter almond flavor
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chocolate sauce
