1. Peel the pear and cut it into pieces.
Choose a ripe pear. (Alternatively, microwave the pieces for one or two minutes)
2. In a bowl, mix the egg with the semolina and baking powder.
3. Add the applesauce, yogurt, almond powder, sweetener, and a few drops of almond extract.
4. Add the chocolate chips and pear pieces
(Keep some pieces for decoration)
5. Cook for 3 minutes in the microwave.
6. Unmold onto a plate and decorate with some pear pieces and chocolate sauce.
7. Enjoy warm or lukewarm.
Notes & Suggestions
Instead of chocolate sauce, you can use chocolate spread or for a lighter recipe, mix one teaspoon of Cankao with one tablespoon of milk.
You can also decorate with toasted sliced almonds.
