Fig and Almond Bowlcake

And another approved bowlcake recipe! A delight!

Instructions

  • 1.   Toast the sliced almonds in a pan for a few minutes.
    Be careful, they burn quickly.
    Transfer to a container as soon as the almonds are golden brown.
  • 2.   Cut the fig into pieces.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the egg with the semolina and baking powder.
  • 4.   Add the other ingredients, except for the sliced almonds.
    Add the fig pieces last.
  • 5.   Cook in the microwave for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
  • 6.   Unmold onto a plate and sprinkle with sliced almonds and more fig pieces.
  • 7.   Enjoy warm.

  • 1 egg
  • 25 g of fine wheat semolina
  • 1 fig
  • 2 teaspoon of almond powder
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon of unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon of fat-free white cheese
  • 2 teaspoon of sweetener
  • 5 g of sliced almond
  • 1 bitter almond flavor
