Roquefort Sauce Fries

Instructions

  • 1.   Fry your fries in a deep fryer for about 15 minutes, following the instructions on the package.
  • 2.   In a small saucepan, pour the milk and dissolve the cornstarch in it. Mix well until completely dissolved in the liquid.
  • 3.   Cut the Roquefort cheese into small pieces and add them to the milk.
  • 4.   Heat the milk over high heat, stirring constantly. After about 5 minutes, the mixture thickens, and you can remove it from the heat.
  • 5.   Grill the meat in a pan or on the barbecue for a few minutes per side, depending on the desired doneness, and serve with the fries, topped with the sauce.

  • 300 ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 150 g of Roquefort
