Instructions
1. Fry your fries in a deep fryer for about 15 minutes, following the instructions on the package.
2. In a small saucepan, pour the milk and dissolve the cornstarch in it. Mix well until completely dissolved in the liquid.
3. Cut the Roquefort cheese into small pieces and add them to the milk.
4. Heat the milk over high heat, stirring constantly. After about 5 minutes, the mixture thickens, and you can remove it from the heat.
5. Grill the meat in a pan or on the barbecue for a few minutes per side, depending on the desired doneness, and serve with the fries, topped with the sauce.
