Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the bananas into large pieces
  • 2.   Pit the dates
  • 3.   Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
    Add water if too thick.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can turn the smoothie into milk by adding a lot of water (hot water to make hot milk, do not cook).
