1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Remove the stems and wash the spinach. Peel and slice the button mushrooms. Peel the garlic clove and prick it with a fork.
2. Melt a piece of butter in a pan without browning it. Season the butter by stirring the fork pricked with garlic in the butter. Add the spinach and stir them with the fork pricked with garlic (this adds flavor to them).
3. Beat the eggs and add them to the spinach. Stir, add the mushrooms, and continue cooking for a few minutes (until the eggs are cooked). Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cut the sheets of filo pastry in half and fold them in half lengthwise (to obtain 2 long strips from 1 sheet).
5. Place 1 teaspoon of filling and a small cube of feta at the end of each strip and fold it into a triangle. Arrange the samosas on a baking sheet, brush them with olive oil, and bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
