Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 410°F (th.7).
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
2. Prepare the tomato sauce: put crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, and a pinch of sugar in a saucepan. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for a few minutes.
3. Cut the slices of cured ham into pieces, slice the goat cheese, and cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces (and if it's fig season, cut them into pieces too!).
4. Roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle. Spread the tomato sauce on top (leaving about 2 cm from the edges). Arrange the cured ham, tomato (and fig) pieces, goat cheese slices, and drizzle with honey.
5. Roll the dough lengthwise to form a log, and cut it into 10 to 12 equal pieces.
Beat the egg to make an omelette.
Brush each piece with the beaten egg and place them on the baking sheet, starting from the center. Arrange the remaining pieces around to form a circle.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve with a salad or as an appetizer. No need for utensils, the pieces will easily separate after baking.
