Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the mushrooms in a pan until they evaporate. When the mushrooms are dry, add a little butter, pepper, then the chopped shallots with parsley.
  • 2.   Remove the pan from the heat and add the fresh cream, then put it back on the heat. Stir. Take a few spoonfuls of cream from the pan, then pour a teaspoon of poultry stock and pour it all back into the pan.

  • 50 cl of sour cream
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 stalk of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of chicken stock
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
