Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • 2.   Mix all the ingredients well
  • 3.   Form small mounds of dough, spaced apart, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or on a silicone mat or in silicone muffin molds.
  • 4.   Bake for 12 minutes until the briochettes are lightly golden
  • 5.   Enjoy!

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can flavor the dough with orange blossom or vanilla and replace the chocolate chips with raisins, pink pralines, dried fruits...
