Coca-Cola Chicken in the Cookeo

A quick and impressive recipe! You don't taste the Coca-Cola at all, but rather a caramelized flavor reminiscent of Chinese cuisine. You need to use regular Coca-Cola (not zero or light).

Instructions

  • 1.   In the browning mode, brown the chicken thighs for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Add crushed garlic and ginger, mix, and continue browning for 2 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the onion soup mix and the contents of the can of Coca-Cola.
  • 4.   Add 1/2 glass of water and cook under pressure for 20 minutes.
  • 5.   Open the Cookeo.
    If the sauce is too liquid, add a little cornstarch diluted in a little water to thicken the sauce.
  • 6.   Add the peas and mushrooms, heat for a few moments.
  • 7.   Serve with rice.
