1. Cook a few raspberries in the microwave and mash them into a puree. Add a little sweetener if needed.
2. Mix the egg, semolina, baking powder, and sweetener.
3. Add the applesauce and milk, then half of the raspberries.
4. Place the pink pralines at the bottom of a bowl and pour the mixture over them.
5. Cook in the microwave for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
6. Unmold onto a plate.
Decorate with the remaining raspberries and the coulis.
7. Enjoy hot or warm.
