Asian soup

Quick and easy to prepare. Can be made with either broth from a dish or with water and spices.

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and wash the spring onion.
    Cut it into beveled sections.
  • 2.   Peel the ginger.
    Cut it into thin slices and then into julienne.
  • 3.   Separate the coriander leaves.
  • 4.   If using: Finely slice the chicken or salmon fillet, similar to carpaccio.
  • 5.   Bring the broth to a boil, add the soy sauce and sesame oil, and the mushrooms.
  • 6.   Add the spring onion, ginger, coriander, and mix.
  • 7.   Bring to a boil again and add the noodles for 4 minutes.
  • 8.   Turn off the heat, add the slices of meat. Serve immediately.

  • 1 vegetable broth
  • 3 small spring onion
  • 4 stalk of fresh coriander
  • 5 g of fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 bunch of rice noodle
  • 120 g of chicken breast (optional)
  • 120 g of boneless salmon (optional)
  • 5 g of black mushroom
