Instructions

  • 1.   Cut your peppers, onion, and shallots into thin slices. Take your chorizo and cut it into small cubes.
    Turn on your griddle. Once it is hot, pour in your mussels.
  • 2.   Wait a few minutes, then add the chorizo, peppers, onion, and shallots. Cook while stirring to mix everything together. The more you mix, the more the mussels will absorb the flavor of the chorizo.
  • 3.   Remove your mussels when they open and pour everything into a bowl.
