1. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
Steam or microwave them for a few minutes.
Mash them with a fork.
2. In a bowl, mix the egg with the semolina, sugar, and a little sweetener.
Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice.
3. Mix well and add a little milk.
4. Cook for 2.5 to 3 minutes in the microwave.
5. Unmold onto a plate.
Let it cool slightly and drizzle with sweetened whipped cream and a little sweetener.
6. You can add a little caramel sauce and some pecans.
