Instructions

  • 1.   Slightly warm the milk and add the dried yeast. Mix well.
  • 2.   In your mixer bowl, add all the ingredients (eggs, sugar, flour, yeast mixed with milk, butter, and salt). Mix with the paddle attachment for a few minutes until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
  • 3.   Cover and let it rest for at least 1 hour, then add the pearl sugar.
  • 4.   Place a ball of dough in the waffle iron and cook for a few minutes, until the waffle is golden brown.
