Banana Chocolate Crisps

A delicious and light treat. Very quick and easy to prepare.

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the phyllo sheets in half.
  • 2.   Cut the banana in half, then cut each half in half lengthwise.
  • 3.   Place the banana quarters and chocolate chips on each half sheet of phyllo.
  • 4.   Fold them like an envelope to wrap the bananas well.
  • 5.   Place them on a parchment paper with the smooth side up.
  • 6.   Lightly brush with oil using a brush.
  • 7.   Bake for 12 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
    Remove from the oven when the crisps are golden brown.
  • 8.   Serve hot!

Notes & Suggestions

  • Keep a close eye on the cooking process, as the phyllo sheets can quickly turn black.
  • You can enjoy them with a scoop of ice cream, cream, or chocolate sauce, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
