Banana Chocolate Crisps
A delicious and light treat. Very quick and easy to prepare.

. Cut the phyllo sheets in half.

. Cut the banana in half, then cut each half in half lengthwise.

. Place the banana quarters and chocolate chips on each half sheet of phyllo.

. Fold them like an envelope to wrap the bananas well.

. Place them on a parchment paper with the smooth side up.

. Lightly brush with oil using a brush.

. Bake for 12 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
Remove from the oven when the crisps are golden brown.

. Serve hot!
Notes & Suggestions
Keep a close eye on the cooking process, as the phyllo sheets can quickly turn black.
You can enjoy them with a scoop of ice cream, cream, or chocolate sauce, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
