Lentils with sausages in the Cookeo

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the onion
    Peel the carrots and cut them into large pieces
  • 2.   Sauté the sliced onions in oil
  • 3.   Add the pre-rinsed lentils, carrots, bay leaf, thyme, veal stock, and pepper
  • 4.   Add water (3 times the volume of lentils)
    Do not add salt (you will season at the end of cooking)
  • 5.   Cook under pressure for 15 minutes
  • 6.   Add the sausages and salt.
    Cook for a few moments
  • 7.   Enjoy!

  • 1 teaspoon of veal stock
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 pinch of thyme
  • 2 water
  • 3 teaspoon of oil
