1. Rinse the rice under cold water, drain it, and place it in a saucepan.
2. Cover and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce the heat, cover, and let it cook for about 15 minutes (the water is almost absorbed).
4. Turn off the heat and let it steam for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
5. In a cup, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
6. Place the rice in a bowl and pour the vinegar mixture over it, mixing well (keep a portion without vinegar for children).
7. Cut the salmon and avocado into small pieces.
8. Fill bowls with rice, add the avocado and raw salmon (cook it in a pan for very young children).
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve with sauces.
