1. For the sauce; mix;
- water
- soy sauce
- tahini
- rice vinegar
- sesame oil
- sugar
- finely grated ginger
- salt
- pepper
Mix well, there should be a slight emulsion.
2. Slice:
- ham
- cucumber
- usuyaki tamago (see note at the end)
3. Cook the noodles and rinse them thoroughly, drizzle with oil to prevent sticking.
Putting them in ice water is even better!
4. Serve by placing the noodles, separately on top: cucumber, ham, and eggs.
Add a few cherry tomatoes cut in half.
