Moroccan-style Fish

A delicious light fish dish that is still very flavorful. I made it with cod fillets, but you can use any other type of fish. Serve with rice or couscous. The harissa can be adjusted to your taste (optional).

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the carrots. Cut them into thin slices. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into thin strips.
Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into pieces.
    Slice the coriander.
  • 2.   In a sauté pan, sauté the bell pepper strips for a few minutes, then add the garlic and carrots and continue sautéing for a moment.
  • 3.   Add the paprika, salt, and harissa, and cover with water.
    Add the coriander.
  • 4.   Let it cook for 7 minutes, then add the fish pieces (cod fillets in my case).
  • 5.   Let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes, adding a little water if the sauce reduces too much.
  • 6.   Serve with rice or couscous.
