Lamb Meatballs with Coco Beans WW 7 SP

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a sauté pan, sweat the shallot for 2 minutes, add the diced tomato and 100 ml of bean cooking juice. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Preheat the oven to 200 °C (th. 6-7). Cut the lamb and chicken into pieces, grind them in a meat grinder or blender. Chop the garlic and onion. Combine the ingredients in a dish, add the egg, spices, salt, and pepper. Knead and form 12 meatballs. Roll them briefly, one by one, in the breadcrumbs. Grease a gratin dish with the remaining oil, place the meatballs in it and bake for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking. Remove from the oven.
  • 3.   Pour the coco beans and tomato sauce into the gratin dish, mix. Place the meatballs on top. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve.

  • ½ onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • 400 g of lamb
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
