2. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (th. 6-7). Cut the lamb and chicken into pieces, grind them in a meat grinder or blender. Chop the garlic and onion. Combine the ingredients in a dish, add the egg, spices, salt, and pepper. Knead and form 12 meatballs. Roll them briefly, one by one, in the breadcrumbs. Grease a gratin dish with the remaining oil, place the meatballs in it and bake for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking. Remove from the oven.
