Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  • 2.   Mix the fine wheat semolina with the egg, yogurt, and half of the mashed banana.
  • 3.   Pour the mixture into a small loaf pan, about 16 cm long, cover with banana slices, and bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Prepare the night before.
  • Microwave cooking for 5 minutes, for those who prefer it sweeter, add 2 to 3 tsp of sweetener!
