Instructions

  • 1.   Bring water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the Alaskan pollock and let it cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Drain and flake the pollock.
  • 3.   In a gratin dish, layer two layers of thinly sliced potatoes, season with salt, add the pollock, and then another one or two layers of potatoes.
  • 4.   Season with salt, add the heavy cream and a little bit of grated cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
