1. 1/ Mix the milk + sugar + cornstarch + egg yolks + cocoa and blend for 6 seconds on speed 4.
2. 2/ Heat for 10 minutes at 90°C on speed 3. When the machine starts to heat, add the dark chocolate pieces and at the end the heavy cream, then blend for 10 seconds on speed 4.
3. 3/ Pour into glass jars.
