Pepperoni Pizza

Pepperoni is a spicy American salami made from pork and beef. In Italy, it is called salame piccante (spicy salami). It is one of the most common ingredients in pizzas in the United States and Canada.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
    Mix the tomato sauce with the 4 spices, add salt and pepper if needed.
  • 2.   Drain the mozzarella and cut it into slices.
  • 3.   Unroll the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet, keeping the parchment paper underneath.
    Brush with tomato sauce and distribute the mozzarella slices.
  • 4.   Bake for 15 minutes.
  • 5.   Add the pepperoni slices and basil leaves.
  • 6.   Bake again for 5 minutes.

  • 250 g of pizza dough
  • 150 g of chorizo
  • 250 g of mozzarella ball
  • 200 g of tomato coulis
  • 5 g of basil
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 g of four spices
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
