Sesame Chicken

. Sauté the sesame seeds for one minute, being careful not to burn them. Set aside in a cold container.

. Cook the chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise, in butter and olive oil until fully cooked (about 10-15 minutes).

. Add the cream and seeds to the pan with the chicken pieces and stir to scrape up any browned bits.

. Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately. Delicious with sautéed celeriac.
