Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the sesame seeds for one minute, being careful not to burn them. Set aside in a cold container.
  • 2.   Cook the chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise, in butter and olive oil until fully cooked (about 10-15 minutes).
  • 3.   Add the cream and seeds to the pan with the chicken pieces and stir to scrape up any browned bits.
  • 4.   Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately. Delicious with sautéed celeriac.

  • 4 tablespoon of thick sour cream
  • 30 g of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
