Chicken with Apricots and Onion Soup

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 425°F (210°C).
  • 2.   Arrange the 4 chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  • 3.   Dissolve the dehydrated onion soup in a little apricot syrup, then pour over the chicken.
  • 4.   Pour the remaining apricot juice and the apricots over the chicken thighs.
  • 5.   Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, checking the cooking progress.
