Fish Lasagna

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the fish in court-bouillon and keep the court-bouillon.
  • 2.   Roughly crumble the fish and set aside. Slice the onion and brown it in a sauté pan.
  • 3.   Add the fish, mix, and add the cheese, garlic, herbs, and cream.
  • 4.   Mix well, add 1/2 glass of court-bouillon and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 5.   Adjust the seasoning, taking into account that the cheese and court-bouillon are already salty.
  • 6.   Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and set aside.
  • 7.   In a rectangular dish, pour 2 tablespoons of court-bouillon and 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce. Mix.
  • 8.   Put the remaining court-bouillon in a dish and soak the lasagna sheets in it.
  • 9.   In the rectangular dish, arrange a layer of lasagna sheets and a layer of fish mixture.
  • 10.   Spread 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce evenly.
  • 11.   Sprinkle with gruyere and a handful of mozzarella and repeat the process.
  • 12.   Finally, mix 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons of court-bouillon.
  • 13.   Pour this mixture over the lasagna. Generously sprinkle with gruyere and a handful of mozzarella.
  • 14.   Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (th.7).
  • 15.   Your fish lasagna is now ready to be enjoyed!
