1. Mix the yeast with warm water, two tablespoons of flour, and sugar. When bubbles form, the yeast is activated.
Pour the flour mixed with yeast, water, cream, salt, and sugar into a bowl.
2. Mix and knead the dough until a homogeneous ball forms. You may need to add a little water.
3. Let the dough rest for 2 hours at room temperature. It will double in size.
4. After resting, roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out 6 circles about 0.5 cm thick using a bowl.
5. Place them on a baking sheet lined with floured parchment paper. Prick the breads with a fork.
6. Cover with a cloth and let them rest for 30 to 40 minutes.
7. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
8. Then place a circle in the pan, with the hole side down. Prick the non-hole side in the same way and cook until the bread turns golden.
9. Flip the bread, continue cooking for a few seconds, and repeat with the remaining breads.
The bread will almost double in thickness.
