Easy and Quick Lasagna

Instructions

  • 1.   Start your lasagna by preparing the bolognese sauce. In a pan, heat the olive oil. Sauté the ground beef with the peeled and finely chopped onion and carrot for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the crushed tomatoes and the beef bouillon cube. Let simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread a tablespoon of béchamel sauce in the bottom of a gratin dish. Cover with a first layer of lasagna sheets. Cover with bolognese sauce, then add another layer of lasagna sheets and béchamel sauce. Repeat the process until reaching the top of the gratin dish. Finish with a layer of lasagna sheets coated with béchamel sauce. Sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese.
  • 3.   Bake your lasagna dish for 30 minutes. Check the doneness of the pasta with a knife.

  • 400 g of ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 400 g of crushed tomato
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 75 g of grated emmental
  • 50 cl of béchamel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
