Green papaya salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Grate the carrot and the papaya. In the center of the papaya, there are seeds that are very bitter. Make sure to remove them. The easiest way is to cut the papaya in half, remove all the seeds, and then grate everything.
  • 2.   In a mortar, crush the garlic clove and the chili pepper. Add the seasoning. Taste and adjust if necessary.
  • 3.   Add the grated papaya and carrot. Slice the tomato. Mix everything well.
  • 4.   There you go, it's ready.
