Instructions

  • 1.   Grate the Parmesan cheese and set aside.
  • 2.   Chop the shallots.
  • 3.   Sauté the shallots for 4 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the quinoa seeds, water, bouillon cube, and cook for 15 minutes. There should be almost no liquid left.
  • 5.   Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, raisins, pepper, and the remaining olive oil, then cook for 2 minutes.
  • 6.   Meanwhile, lightly toast the pine nuts in a skillet.

  • 400 g of water
  • 1 vegetable broth
  • 4 dried tomatoes
  • 8 black olives
  • 1 tablespoon of raisin
  • 1 tablespoon of pine nut
  • 6 leaf of basil
  • pepper (according to taste)
