Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the comté cheese into slices.

    Peel the potatoes, rinse them, and then dry them. Grate the potatoes using a coarse grater, season with salt and pepper, and mix.

    Heat oil in a pan and add the potatoes to form 8 small patties. Press them down firmly to obtain even patties. Cook the 8 rösti for 8 minutes on each side.

    Place a few slices of comté cheese and a slice of ham on 4 rösti. Cover with more comté cheese and another rösti.
