Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the waffle batter by mixing the flour, eggs, salt, vanilla sugar, and yeast dissolved in warm milk.
  • 2.   Let it rise for 30 to 45 minutes near a radiator or in another place at around 24 degrees Celsius.
  • 3.   Incorporate softened butter.
  • 4.   Let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
  • 5.   Incorporate pearl sugar.
  • 6.   Prepare dough balls of approximately 100 g each.
  • 7.   Cook for 3 to 4 minutes in a hot waffle iron.
