Instructions

  • 1.   Toast the bread slices in a toaster.
  • 2.   Drain the sun-dried tomatoes. Clean and pat dry the chives. Chop them finely. In a bowl, beat the ricotta with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Spread the ricotta on the toasted bread slices. Arrange the sun-dried tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
  • 4.   Serve and enjoy immediately while the bread slices are still warm.
