  • 2.   Prepare the ingredients.
  • 3.   Marinate the pork with soy sauce and nuöc mam. Sprinkle the sugar in the bottom of the pot. Cook until caramelized, while monitoring.
  • 4.   Add the pork and its marinade, ginger, garlic, and onion.
  • 5.   Add oil, water, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  • 6.   Pressure cook for 13 minutes.
  • 7.   Serve with Thai rice.

  • 4 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 red onion

  • 12 cl of water
  • 10 g of Cornstarch
  • 200 g of Thai rice
