Pan-fried Beef with 3 Vegetables and Herbs

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the onion, peel the carrots and zucchini. Then wash them.
  • 2.   Using a grater with large holes, grate your carrots. Set aside on a plate.
  • 3.   On your cutting board, dice the zucchini and onion.
  • 4.   Pour a drizzle of olive oil into a wok, then sauté the onions. Let them brown until they are translucent.
  • 5.   Then add the zucchini and carrots.
  • 6.   Cook for about 20 minutes, until they are tender.
  • 7.   (They should no longer be crunchy).
  • 8.   At this point, add the ground beef.
  • 9.   Sprinkle with herbes de Provence and parsley, then continue cooking your mixture. Your ground beef should be well cooked.
  • 10.   Season with salt and pepper.
