Palmiers for appetizers (gluten-free and dairy-free)

Instructions

  • 1.   Unroll the puff pastry.
  • 2.   Cover it with slices of bacon and thinly sliced goat cheese log.
  • 3.   Roll the pastry halfway. Repeat with the other half to join the two sides.
  • 4.   Place it in the freezer for about ten minutes to firm up the pastry (otherwise it would be impossible to cut).
  • 5.   Then, cut it into small slices: you have your ready-to-bake puff pastry palmiers!
  • 6.   Bake for about 15 minutes at 200°C (392°F), thermostat 6-7 (keep an eye on your palmiers as it depends on your oven).
  • 7.   Serve on a nice platter for appetizers. Guaranteed success!
