Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the carrots and cut them into large sticks.
  • 2.   In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the peeled garlic.
  • 3.   Add the carrots, salt, and pepper, then cover and let cook for about 15 minutes.
  • 4.   Then add the crumbled feta and chopped parsley, mix well, and let cook for about 2 minutes.
  • 5.   Remove the garlic and serve your carrot and feta sauté.
