Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the potatoes and wrap them in aluminum foil.
  • 2.   Bake them in the oven for 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  • 3.   Meanwhile, prepare the chive cream: mix the cream, minced garlic, chives, and season with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • 4.   Once the potatoes are cooked, cut them lengthwise and pour the chive cream over them.
