  • 1.   Instructions
  • 2.   Place all the ingredients in the pot in the order of the recipe, up to before the chicken. Mix and then add the chicken. Close the lid and cook under pressure for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Remove the chicken, keeping the sauce in the pot. Then, using an immersion blender, blend the sauce.
  • 4.   Add the butter, cream, coriander, and garam masala and mix with a spoon.
  • 5.   Put the chicken back in and heat for 5 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve with rice that you have cooked and with naan bread, it's delicious.

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 500 g of chicken breast
  • 100 g of butter
  • 100 g of light cream (12-15%)
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  • 2 tablespoon of fresh coriander
