Maple-Glazed Salmon

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, soy sauce, and minced garlic.

    Place the salmon in a baking dish and brush it with the marinade using a pastry brush.

    Cover the dish and let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, flipping the salmon at least once.

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes.
