Instructions

  • 1.   Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar, add the flour while mixing with a whisk.

    Gradually add the milk and water while whisking to avoid lumps.

    Add the melted butter while continuing to mix to incorporate it well. Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Heat a non-stick pan, add a small amount of butter (optional), then pour a ladle of crepe batter and spread it evenly over the surface of the pan.

    Cook the crepes on both sides, cooking time is 1 minute 30 seconds for each side.
