Rice with seafood tomato sauce

Instructions

. Thaw the seafood in the fridge or in the microwave on the defrost mode.

. Let them drain in a colander.

. Bring a pot of salted boiling water to a boil and cook the rice for the time indicated on the package, then drain it and set it aside.

. Meanwhile, chop the onion and sauté it with the seafood until they release their liquid.

. Once cooked, add the tomato sauce and mix.

. Let it heat for a few minutes.

. Dissolve the cornstarch in the two tablespoons of water and add the mixture to the tomato sauce.

. Mix and let it thicken until you reach the desired sauce consistency.

. Add the thyme, salt, pepper, and mix.

. Serve the sauce with rice and enjoy!
