Rice with seafood tomato sauce

It's easy and really tasty.

Instructions

  • 1.   Thaw the seafood in the fridge or in the microwave on the defrost mode.
  • 2.   Let them drain in a colander.
  • 3.   Bring a pot of salted boiling water to a boil and cook the rice for the time indicated on the package, then drain it and set it aside.
  • 4.   Meanwhile, chop the onion and sauté it with the seafood until they release their liquid.
  • 5.   Once cooked, add the tomato sauce and mix.
  • 6.   Let it heat for a few minutes.
  • 7.   Dissolve the cornstarch in the two tablespoons of water and add the mixture to the tomato sauce.
  • 8.   Mix and let it thicken until you reach the desired sauce consistency.
  • 9.   Add the thyme, salt, pepper, and mix.
  • 10.   Serve the sauce with rice and enjoy!

  • 190 g of tomato sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoon of water
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
