Instructions

  • 1.   Pour half of the warm milk over the yeast, mix and let it rest for 10 minutes.

    Add the flour, sugar, and melted butter. Mix and add the eggs while whisking.

    Gradually incorporate the remaining milk to avoid lumps. Let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature in a covered bowl.

    Cook the waffles in a waffle iron.

  • 5 cl of orange blossom water (optional)
