Savoyard Crozets Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring water to a boil, adding chicken broth and a little salt.
  • 2.   Add the crozets and cook for about 20 minutes.
  • 3.   Meanwhile:
  • 4.   Grate the Beaufort cheese.
  • 5.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 6.   Drain the cooked crozets.
  • 7.   In a gratin dish, pour half of the crozets, season with pepper, and roughly crumble the ham.
  • 8.   Add half of the Beaufort cheese over the entire surface.
  • 9.   Spread the fresh cream over the dish.
  • 10.   Add the remaining crozets, season with pepper.
  • 11.   Add the remaining Beaufort cheese.
  • 12.   Bake until the Beaufort cheese melts.

  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 300 g of beaufort
  • 5 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 5 slice of cured ham
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
